Welcome to Blurite Electech. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services and any transactions conducted with Blurite Electech. By placing an order, requesting a quotation, or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Blurite Electech is an UAE-based company providing top-quality electrical tools, construction materials, safety equipment, and products and services in both the Oil & Gas sector and IT

2. Scope & Use of Products

• Products supplied are intended for industrial, commercial, and professional use only.
• Customers are responsible for proper installation, use and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety standards.
• Misuse or modification absolves Blurite Electech of liability.

3. Orders, Quotes & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise specified and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated.
• Payment terms must be honoured as per invoice/contract; late payments may incur charges.

4. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or force majeure.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

• Returns accepted only for defective or incorrect items, subject to manufacturer warranty.
• Return requests must be made within 7 working days of delivery.
• Special/custom orders may not be returnable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blurite Electech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. production loss, downtime, business interruption). Liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, product descriptions, images) is the intellectual property of Blurite Electech or its partners and may not be used without permission.

8. Compliance & Safety

Customers must use products in accordance with UAE law, industry standards, and workplace safety requirements.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is used only for order processing and service delivery. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for service fulfilment.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

11. Amendments

Blurite Electech may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products/services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
